This used to be Nouveau Riche. I think they changed it because the posse was closing in.

This "school" is a major ripoff...they suck you in with huge costs for classes only to find out YOU NEED TO BUY MORE CLASSES...I bought the basic Essentials course and while it has a lot of info most of it can be found in a library for free....some of the videos run well and some are not so good......it's all about MLM and you should stay away. Even after buying in at basic level the "Founders" ignore you unless you continue to buy more or bring other suckers in. Some students do well in R.E. but considering the thousands they drag through the mill it is probably equal to the general population % as a whole.

Many of the instructors are successful but you find they were so before they became involved with Renatus. RUN AWAY!

Monetary Loss: $2790.

Location: Chicago, Illinois

MLM Scam. You can find the same information online, research, YouTube, REITs, Real Estate agents.

Give up 20k$ to buy your way into their โ€œnetwork.โ€ The ones on top gain commission from those below. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer.

Go online and do research: topics including - zoning, population growth, real estate contract, development, business loans.

$20K would earn THREE Associates Degrees. You don't even get a license for the $20K dumped on Renatus.

One big giant sham. Fancy parties and such are meant to lure in the lonely and downtrodden and it WORKS.

The founders keep raking in big $ and the fools who sign into this keep pouring more and more money into it. It can be a beneficial thing if used as a network but one doesn't need to drop $20 large on networking.

I've only given it a cursory look, so far, but can already tell you didn't put ANY effort in, if you haven't recouped in the first year at least 3x what you paid. The strategies in the essentials are enough to pay for the FULL membership....*when they are put into use*.

Even a regular old w-2 employee can save more than the cost of the program without doing anything in real estate, just from the tax class!

I've looked at (been dragged to) many MLM presentations. This is only a distant relative. Depth is not unlimited, and revenue is not recurring. This is PRODUCT driven, and that is what any good MLM that lasts focus's on.

This is all about the *education*.

And way.....WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY...cheaper than other coaching programs, and with lifetime membership and support.

I'm gonna join. You should come back and talk to me.

Raised $500,000+ in capital through Renatus Education in my 1st year.. Please tell me how this is a Scam..

You put value into your OWN business and it will PAY you like a business.

I mean.. have you been successful at ANYTHING?!

You speak PRECISELY as others I know from Renatus. Fiercely defensive and ready to take aim!

Guest

Really????? This is a rip off if you don't do anything.

Calculus information is in the Library too... I didn't learn it by reading the book.

Additional classes? There are only 3 curriculums...

Essentials ( which you enrolled in AND NEVER ATTENDED) AIT which includes 2 majors and the Combo package which includes everything! There are no more classes ... You are a liar.

Finally... Absorbent costs?

Really? What does a Semester at the local community college cost? $3000. Buck?

At Renatus I got a full year for $1997.

Why are you propetuating this GIANT lie?

It cost my girlfriend $20,000, they keep asking for more money in the form of links to companies, they keep charging fees.

"You can sell education" $20,000 for each person that you introduce into the program, after the 3 referrals you start earning $10k for each one...like a pyramid scheme. You are supposed to learn about flipping homes!

or fix and flip

I saw it first hand, I went to the first class many times....they sell you a dream, a dream only attainable if you have knowledge and for that knowledge you must pay $20k!!!

I also went to Lee Arnold program.

At least they take less, they are really private funders, and they return your investment after the third flip. THEY TEACH YOU THE BUSINESS...they do!

RENATUS IS a SCAM....

So you know all this from "your girlfriend," and not from any personal experience of your own?

Any other unsubstantiated OPINIONS you'd like to share? Or will you do us all the favor and spare us?

Guest

Than Merrill's "Fortune Builder's" is the same story. they want approximately $12K for the basic membership (like someone trying to get into this has that laying around the house), and $32K for the elite where they basically do everything for you.

Renatus is NOT Than Merrill, It isn't even close to the same type of business. What you are saying is McDonald's is just like Ruth Chris Steakhouse or that a community college is equal to Harvard.

Scam

I'd like to know how you came to this conclusion. Simply typing the word "scam" means nothing without some sort of substantiation.

It's only your opinion, and like anuses, everybody has one. What makes yours any more credible than those who've been through the training and put forth effort into succeeding? What's YOUR net worth? How many properties have you bought?

How much cashflow do you have every month? Or are you a W-2 employee, still in the "rat race?" My money says the latter.

Guest

Can you substantiate any of this? Attorney General and BBB have no problems with this company.

I researched MLM, ponzi, etc. and no one hear has proven the company at fault for anything.

The company is actually filed correctly and legally with the Secratary of State for Utah and there is nothing with dsa.org about Renatus at all.

www.myrenatus.com has a great standing well above all other Real Estate Education sales competitors.

I'm going to go sit in on their meetings to ask in-depth questions and verify info for myself rather than base my decisions on conjecture.

Folks - let's just get the facts from the source!

Gee, not a bit cynical, are we? How about you tell us who you are, and what qualifies you to have anyone listen to you?

Hey Just Research, Before investing in any business.

You do not have to be an expert to have an opinion on the matter, you only must be there and done that to have an opinion.

Once you form an opinion there is a possibility of being wrong and that's why this type of site was created.

Being critical with out having a first hand exposure is meaningless, it doesn't help people.

Like I said before

Buyer beware!

Don't answer...just RESEARCH like I did.

Las week I went went to the Lee Arnold seminar in Sacramento, and even if they try to sell the same thing as Renatus, Lee Arnold gives you back your investment after the third flip and you learn about flips and all laws that have to do with them: If you pay for the course ,you must go Onsite in Norfolk Virginia, over there They teach about Rehab properties, HOW TO DO FLIPS AND FIX: ONSITE, they have a place where the learner goes and stays for 4 days.

I observed the people on the first Introductory class on Renatus and most want to sell the program only to make the $10k promised if you sell their program regardless of their preparation, as they say: selling Education is only part of their program. My friend put down $20k in Renatus and as she said to me she learned about Flix and Flips thanks to Renatus...but $20,000???????

for stuff that you learn over in You Tube or taking a course in Taxes will do that, she was promised $300,000 after the completion of the program to start her business...but not in writing...some of their minions mention this like a hook up. Can't prove this but is real. her mentor SUCKS!!! I help her to get her first house ..MENTOR WAS ABSENT!

only before closing on her first Fix and Flip home did her mentor asked her if she needed any help (B!!)

RENATUS sells the Education only and keep asking for more money afterwards. like their well made Website for $124 per MONTH!! to put down any home that you want to sell. what???

RENATUS IS A CRAFTED SCAM. CAN'T ACUSE RENATUS OF ANY WRONGDOING....This is what I saw first hand with my trusting friend. YOU MUST BE INSIDE TO FIND OUT. Because in truth the program is great...ITS JUST THE PEOPLE INSIDE..THE ONES WHO GIVE THE CLASS, the ones who make lots of money...

ON THE INTRODUCTORY CLASS THEY TELL YOU: Forget it about paying taxes! what???? Some of them who give the classes are Investors who have LCC 's (many) opened in Nevada, we all know that is tax heaven. Later on in their videos you learn about the 1031 Exchange (is in their curriculum) You must pay Capital gain taxes...deferred but must be paid.

First Introductory class is all about half truths carefully crafted. The biggest misconception? HELOC... well, will take too long to explain that here....

I noticed that at Lee Arnold : (I DID NOT GET INTO THE PROGRAM.

I WENT JUST WITH RESEARCH POURPOSES)They are interested in your business because they are Private lenders who sell the Education package but most of all if you are a serious investor and really want to make money in Real Estate ,they can help along the way. I love the course. Any Investor who gets in the program can get 100% financing, depending on the package you are buying. ($10K and up)

Almost Every person present to this FREE LEE ARNOLD SEMINAR ( 3 days) was a professional in RE or people with careers from all walks of life.

At the Introduction of Renatus I saw the same but 40 % of those where people eager to learn how to sell the education ONLY, to do that they must spend $20,000 ,these 40% goes to this class over and over again and they take their own family and friends to see if any of them wants to spend $$$$ IN EDUCATION ( is their Troy horse). Their package is real, is good I mean is excellent! Their error is that they put so much enfasis in the selling of the $20k education to earn $10k back with each person that gets into the program, and is WRONG!!!

. Buyer BEWARE!
